MY WHY:
For a long time, I had a hard time staying consistent.
I would start routines, stop, and feel like I was always starting over. I thought I needed more discipline, but really I just didn’t have a structure that worked for my life.
Everything felt all or nothing. If I couldn’t do everything perfectly, I wouldn’t do it at all.
Over time, I started to change that. I focused on doing what I could, building habits I could keep, and following a plan that fit into my schedule.
That’s when things started to stick.
I became more consistent, felt stronger, and more in control of my routine.
That’s why Ellevee exists.
To give people structure, guidance, and support so they can stay consistent and keep moving forward, without feeling like they have to start over.
Because progress comes from what you can keep doing.
My Approach
WOMENS COACHING:
My approach is focused on creating habits and routines that fit into your life and that you can actually follow. I don’t rely on strict rules or unrealistic expectations. I provide guidance on workouts, movement, and nutrition in a way that works with your schedule, helping you stay consistent even when life gets busy.
I stay involved throughout the process, answering questions, helping adjust what isn’t working, and keeping track of progress. The goal is to create a sustainable routine that allows you to build consistency, take care of yourself, and make progress without constantly starting over.
ATHLETE COACHING:
My approach with athletes is to meet them where they are and help them progress in a way that works for them. I focus on building consistency, tracking their development, and adjusting plans as needed to make sure every session helps them improve. I stay closely involved, providing guidance, answering questions, and giving feedback so they always know what to focus on.
I work with athletes individually and in groups, keeping the same principles in both. Whether it’s one-on-one or in a group setting, I make sure every athlete is challenged appropriately, supported, and accountable. My goal is to help them develop the habits, movement patterns, and understanding they need to improve safely and consistently, so they can perform at their best when it matters.
